Parties for Kids & Adults (Instructor Led Activity)

8-10 person maximum; 6 person minimum (if you have a larger party, there is an additional $20 fee per guest beyond the 10-person maximum)
2 hours (not including setup and cleanup provided by Crafted Together)

A hands-on Charm Bar activity where you can design your own custom jewelry or keychain
2 pieces per person (can be any combination of necklaces, bracelets, or keychains)
15 charms per person (additional charms available for purchase)
On site instructor to help with the activity
Plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and serving pieces (you are responsible for bringing drinks, cake/cupcakes, and any other food items) - shop parties only

Booking:
A $100 deposit is required to hold your date. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to the new date, or you can use it as an in-store credit. The remaining payment balance must be received in full the day of the event.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event will forfeit the deposit, which is non-refundable at that point. In the unlikely scenario that Crafted Together needs to cancel the party, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.

This is a pay as you go experience - guests browse, design, and purchase their own custom jewelry and accessories directly from the charm bar—choosing only what they want and paying individually on the spot.

Bring the charm bar experience to your event—no instructor or on-site setup needed! Purchase pre-made charm kits ahead of time for your guests to enjoy during the party. Each kit includes everything needed to design and create a personalized charm accessory at their own pace.

$25 per kit (no minimum required)
Each kit includes two base chains, 10 charms, and an instruction sheet
Each charm is outfitted with a clasp for attaching to the chain - no tools or experience needed!
Kits are customizable to certain themes if desired

There is no deposit required for charm bar kits. The host must schedule a time to pick up the kits with Crafted Together ahead of the event.

For an additional $50 fee, we can bring our instructor led charm bar party experience to the comfort of your home or to your event venue. This option is available for both adult and kid parties. When you inquire about booking, please indicate your interest in a home-based party or we can discuss which option will work best.
*Please note, the mobile party option does not include plates, cups, napkins, utensils, or serving pieces; only the charm bar activity supplies are provided.

We recommend at least 2 weeks for in-store parties and 3 weeks for at-home or venue based parties. Popular dates (weekends, holidays) fill up fast.

We cap in-store parties at 10 guests so everyone has room to spread out and enjoy the space. If you're hosting at home or another venue, guest count is flexible and based on what your space can comfortably fit.

All ages. We've done parties for kids as young as 5 and adults well into their 80s. We adjust the charm selection and instruction level to fit the group.

Absolutely. That's the whole point. Everything they create is theirs to take home.

No, the party host is responsible for providing all food and beverages. Adult parties may BYOB.
